My daughter wanted a chocolate birthday cake with chocolate mousse- working with what I have on hand, I made this “mousse”. Turned out SO GOOD.
Cooking Instructions

Whisk instant pudding mix into milk (note: use only 1 cup of milk, not 2 like instructed on box)

Gently fold in cool whip. Easier to do in small batches
- 3
Gently fold in chopped strawberries. Can be used as a cake filling (as pictured) or eat it as is! So good!
