For chocolate truffle : Take 50 GM fresh cream and heat it for 50 to 60 seconds in microwave and add 50 GM small pieces of dark chocolate in hot cream. mix well and heat again for just 30 second in microwave if needed. Mix smoothly again. Cool down this truffle. Can store it for one month in airtight container in fridge.

Now mix Maida, cocoa powder, milk powder, baking powder, baking soda in one bowl. This is maida mixture. Keep aside.

Take another bowl, add chilled butter and caster sugar in it. Whisk it together. Now add truffle in it and mix again. Now add maida mixture in it, Mix all together. Add chilled milk step by step if needed. Make equal size of balls from this cookie dough. Take chocolate chips in one plate and dip the cookie ball in it and press lightly. Bake cookies at 160°c in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
