2boiled potatoes chopped
2tomatoes chopped
2onions finely chopped
to tasteSalt
2 tbspChaat masala
2 tspRed chilli powder
3-4 tbspcurd
2 tbspimli chutney
as required Coriander leaves for garnish
as required Nylon sev for garnish

In a mixing bowl add potatoes, tomato, onion mix well.

Now add salt, curd and chutney and spices mix well.

Lastly, add chaat masala and garnish with coriander leaves and sev. Serve immediately
