Ingredients

  1. 2idli (kept in refrigerator for 8 hours)
  2. 1/2capsicum chopped into cubes
  3. 1/2onion chopped into cubes
  4. 1/2onion chopped into fine
  5. 5garlic flakes chopped into fine
  6. 2 tablespoonsszechuan chutney
  7. as requiredCoriander leaves for garnish
  8. For batter-
  9. 4 tablespoonscorn flour
  10. 2 tablespoonsmaida
  11. 1 tablespoonred chilli powder
  12. 1 tablespooncoriander powder
  13. 1/2 tablespoonpepper powder
  14. 1/2 tablespoonginger garlic paste
  15. to tasteSalt
  16. as requiredCooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut all the vegetables and idli.

    Take the batter to fry idli.

    After take a pan add oil put onion,garlic,cubes onion,capsicum,Szechuan chutney fry for 5 minutes then add fried idly to it,stir well so that it Coates well with vegetables.

    Finally garnish it with coriander leaves,ready to serve.
