Ingredients

  • 1 poundchicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoonsgaram masala
  • 1 tablespoonground turmeric
  • 1 tablespoonground ginger
  • 1 tablespoonground cumin
  • 1 (15 ounces)can dried tomatoes
  • 115-oubces can life coconut milk

Steps

    Place chicken, coconut milk, spices and tomato into the slow cooker; stir to combine. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours. Serve over chicken your choice of rice.
