Ingredients

2-4 servings
  1. 1/2 kgpeeled karela
  2. 4-6tomatoes puree
  3. 1 tspred chilli powder
  4. 1 tsp coriander powder
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. As required Oil for fry
  7. 2-4 tspoil for cook

  1. 1

    1st wash karela properly and then fry it.

    Take a pressure cooker add oil let get heated then add tomato puree and saute till oil leaves the sides then add dry masala cover it for 2mins. Then add fried karela and saute for few seconds and cook it for few minutes.
