Steps

Heat 2 tbsp of oil in kadaai on medium flame. Add cauliflower florets and fry them for few minutes. once done, transfer them to a separate bowl.

Now again add some oil in kadai, add potatoes and fry them until they turn golden brown in colour.

Once it's done, transfer them into the bowl.

Now in a same kadai, add chopped tomatoes, ginger paste and salt. cook them for 2 mins and keep stirring.

Add turmeric and red chilli powder and mix.

Now add fried cauliflower and potatoes. mix everything very well.

Aloo gobhi is ready.
