In a bowl pour little amount of warm milk

Add 1 tbs yeast, whisk and let rest for 2 min

After 2 min, add cardamon, cinnamon, sugar, egg and remaining milk as you cont to mix well

Add flour as you continue to mix, once well mixed cover and let rest for one hour.

Cut in required shape and cook
