Week11-aata
Steps
- 1
Heat a pan. Add ghee and aata and saute until aata is nicely fried and raw smell is gone (ensure you should cook on low flame).
- 2
In another vessel, add sugar and water and keep for boiling. Once the sugar dissolves, switch off the flame.
- 3
Once the aata and ghee mixture is ready, add the sugar syrup and stir continuously. Add 1/2 portion of dry fruits and mix well. Continuously stir until the halwa comes out from pan so easily.
- 4
Transfer to serving bowl and garnish with chopped dry fruits.
