Firstly take a big bowl add all purpose flour salt And 2 spoon oil and ajwaiyn mix it And add water and make a dough

Now cover it And leave it for 30 minutes now boil potato And peas now take a wok add 1/2 tbs oil now add jeera fry it add onion And green chilli Fry it now add salt And red chilli powder add potato And peas mix well off the flame

Now take another wok and heat oil in it make a roll of the dough And make a long shape chappati now cut in middle And paste it's corner with water

Now fill potatoes in it And close it And fry it till becomes crispy

Serve it hot with tomato sauce
