Maida,suji, baking soda and salt take in a big bowl and mix well it

Now add as required water and knead to a soft dough and cover the dough and rest for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, again knead and divide into two pieces.

Now roll and flatten into a big sized bread.Now cut with a cookies cutter and ready all puries.

Deep frying in hot oil,, once puri puffed up then flip over and fry on medium flame.till they turn golden brown in colour and crisp from both sides.

Now crispy puri ready for pani puri. we can store in an airtight container when it's completely cooled.
