Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour baking pan

Mix cake ingredients with mixer and bake for 22 min

To make crumb, add flour, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla to melted butter and combine until crumb forms

Sprinkle crumb on top of cake and bake for an additional 19 min

Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar
