Steps

Boil half cup of water, add jaggery to it and bring it to a boil until jaggery dissolves completely.

Add the boiled jaggery water to wheat flour.

Add a pinch of salt.

Add water required to get the thick batter consistency. It should be thicker than dosa batter. Let it rest for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, add a pinch of cardomam powder and baking soda to batter and mix perfectly.

Heat oil in a pan and add the batter in hot oil using small spoon and deep fry it.

Enjoy the snack when it is hot.
