Ingredients

  1. Jasmine Rice
  2. Carrot, shredded
  3. Cucumber, diced
  4. Fresh Radish, sliced thin
  5. Imitation crab meat
  6. Avocado
  7. Lime
  8. Rice wine vinegar
  9. Mayo
  10. Sriracha

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a small bowl mix sriracha and mayo. Set aside

  2. 2

    In a serving bowl mix your cooked rice with a splash of rice wine vinegar (about 3/4 tbs per 1 cup rice)

  3. 3

    Top with all your veggies and imitation crab

  4. 4

    Top with your sriracha mayo. Squeeze lime everywhere (mostly on avocado)

there's no portions or direct recommendations like I'm sure avocado is diced but you don't say that. Ratio Sriracha to mayo? Seasoning? Very quickly done.
