Ingredients

  • 5 piecesirish potatoes
  • Groundnut oil
  • Salt
  • Maggi (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the potatoes and wash.

  2. 2

    Slice it into thin pieces. It will come out well if u have potatoes peeler to slice the potatoes.

  3. 3

    Wash inside a colander and sprinkle salt and maggi to taste.

  4. 4

    Fry till slightly brown. Spread it on a tray to dry a bit.

  5. 5

    Enjoy..
