This are the ingredients of lauki ka Salan

Dry roast 1 tbsp seasame seeds. Cool it.Grind with 1 tbsp grated coconut, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp ginger and garlic paste, 1 tbsp coriander seeds. Grind it into paste. Keep aside.

Heat oil in cooker. Fry chopped onion and curry patta for few minutes. Add chopped lauki saute it for few minutes.

Add all the dry masala and grind paste. Mix...well. Cook till the oil separates from curry. Once it is done.

Add limited water and close the lud. Wait for two whistles. Once it is done. Cool it. Take out the lid and mix...well.

Transfer to a serving bowl. Ready to serve with hot....rice and dal
