Melt 1 TBS. Butter in shallow pan.

Place bread in pan to soak butter and toast.

Put aside. Fry egg to liking. I try to make sure the yolk is runny.

Put good amount of mayo on both pieces of buttered toast.

Place fried egg on piece of mayo'd toast.
- 6
Follow with sliced tomato and last piece of mayo'd toast.
