Ingredients

  • 2 lbsittalian sausage
  • 1large onion
  • 2 clovesgarlic (minced)
  • 1caggabe (chopped)
  • 128ox can ittalian tomato sauce or if using stewed use 2
  • 3 (28 oz)cans diced tomatoes basil and garlic or 2 stewed tomatoes
  • 2 tbspdried basil
  • 1 tbspdried Organo
  • 1 tbspbrown sugar
  • 1 tbspsalt
  • 3\4 tsp rosemary
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper
  • 1/3cyanne pepper
  • 16-32 ozchicken stock or broth
  • Tools
  • 1Large stock pot
  • Woden spoon or large spoon
  • Skillet
  • Spatula

Steps

  1. 1

    In in skiller add 1tbsp olive oil, cook onion till slightly soft, add garlic one finished add to stock pot

  2. 2

    Add the tomatoes and spices to stick out stir and turn heat in medium.

  3. 3

    In the same skillet you cooked the onions Cook sausage and chop up like ground hamburger (like for sloppy Joe's or tacos). Add to pot when funished

  4. 4

    Cook chopped cabbage in the sane skillet may have to do in 2 - 4 batches. When cooked add to pot

  5. 5

    Simmer for an hour or longer

  6. 6

    Eat and enjoy to with ittalian cheese blend or parmesan
