In a pot, boil with a little quantity of water, chicken, seasonings, curry, bay leaf, thyme, chopped onions, ginger and garlic, cloves and black pepper.

Allow it to boil for a while

In a bowl, mix your marinade. Pepper paste, onions, garlic, ginger, oil, seasoning.

Separate the boiled chicken from the stock. You can use the stock to prepare another food later. Pour the chicken into the marinade. Cover and allow it marinate for 30 minutes to soak up the juices.

After 30 minutes, grill on a charcoal grill, microwave, gas oven or like me, Breville Halo fryer. At intervals, run the marinate on the chicken during the grill session to have a juicy outcome. Eat like that or serve with any food and drink if your choice. I enjoy it best with a chilled glass of tiger nut milk (kunun aya).
