Wash lauki.peel and grate it.

In a pan boil water and Suger. When Suger dissolves in water add grated lauki and boil..

Cook till Suger syrup thickens. Add cardamom powder and khoya and cook.

When lauki absorb all Suger syrup and leaves the pan off the flame. Add rose water.

Keep it in a greased plate.spread chopped nuts and silver berq.

Keep it in room temperature for cool down completely. After cool down Cut it into burfi shape. Keep it in airtight container and serve. You can also keep it in fridge and serve.
