Watermelon Rind curry or Tarbooj ke chilke ki Sabji is a great use of something we generally throw away as it's very nutritional and a great dish can be prepared with it.

Watermelon Rind curry or Tarbooj ke chilke ki Sabji is a great use of something we generally throw away as it's very nutritional and a great dish can be prepared with it.

Peel the green skin of the rind and chop it into small pieces

Now Boil it into cooker for at least 10 whistles

Take Oil in frying pan, add Cumin, Garlic Ginger paste, onion and tomatoes, saute it properly, add slight salt during it.

Now add the chopped rinds into it and let it cook for at least 15 minutes. As the rind contains lots of water. After 15 minutes put salt, red chilli powder, turmeric and garam masala and mix it. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes more. The curry is ready.
