Steps

Rinse the poha until it's soft and put sugar and keep it aside.

Cut the onion, potatoes, chilli.

Heat the pan with oil and then put mustard seeds, when it starts crackling then put the onion and chillies and when the onion turns golden brown then put the potatoes, then put salt, turmeric powder and cook it for some time in low flame and cover with a lid.

When the potatoes are half cooked, put the curry leaves and saute it in medium flame, then put the poha on it and cook it for few minutes in low flame.

Sprinkle lemon juice & Garnish the poha with peanuts, you can put coriander leaves also.
