Cholle Oats Paneer Bhature

In a bowl add maida, oats floor, suji, salt, oil, baking powder, baking soda and mix well.

Add little little water and make a soft dough. Cover it and rest for 1 hour.

After 1 hour knead it again. Hot the oil. Take a small portion from the dough and roll it flat it little add half tbsp mashed paneer and roll it again.

Grease the flat surface and then roll it with rolling pin.

Now deep fry it and take it out when light brown from both side.

Put cholle in cooker add black cardmom, cloves, cinnamon stick, tej patta, salt, tea leaves, and wait for 5 vessels.

In a pan add 2 tbsp Oil, add jeera then add onion and mix till slightly brown. Then add ginger garlic paste and mix well.

After 3 to 4 minutes add all spices and mix well. Then. Add tomato puree and mix till it leaves oil.

Now add this mixture in cholle and and wait for 2 to 3 whistles and your cholle is ready to serve.

Now your Oats Paneer Bhature and cholle is ready.
