Im saucepan add potatoes,water bring it to boil until tender than strain.

In bowl mashed boiled potatoes and add mutton mince, ginger garlic paste,all seasoning,fried onion,g chillies and coriander and mint and mix well until combined.

Grease hands with oil, take a mixture and make kababs and refrigerate for 30 min.

Dip into beaten eggs and than coat in breadcrumbs.

In frying pan heat oil and fry kabab from both sides until golden brown.
