Ingredients

1 hour
6-8 people
  • 2Med potatoes (peeled)
  • 11/2 cupwater
  • 350 gmMutton mince
  • 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspor to taste red chillie powder
  • 1 tspCumin powder
  • To tastesalt
  • 3-4tpsp fried onion
  • 4green chilies (chopped)
  • Fresh coriander and mint leaves chopped 1/2 cup
  • 2eggs beaten
  • 1 cupbreadcrumb
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Im saucepan add potatoes,water bring it to boil until tender than strain.

  2. 2

    In bowl mashed boiled potatoes and add mutton mince, ginger garlic paste,all seasoning,fried onion,g chillies and coriander and mint and mix well until combined.

  3. 3

    Grease hands with oil, take a mixture and make kababs and refrigerate for 30 min.

  4. 4

    Dip into beaten eggs and than coat in breadcrumbs.

  5. 5

    In frying pan heat oil and fry kabab from both sides until golden brown.
