Wash the fruits and ginger root thoroughly. Slice the cucumber and throw into the blender. Squeeze in the lemon and lime. Dice or crate the ginger root and throw it in, add sugar or honey. Add chilled water and blend until smooth.

Sieve and serve chilled or with ice cubes.
