Sweet Potato Eggwash

Steps

Peel, cut (different shape) and rinse potato

Put in pot of water, add salt and allow to cook

Turn the potatoes into drainer
- 4
Break eggs, add pepper, onion, salt and seasoning to taste and whisk well (in a bowl)

Heat oil in pan
- 6
Put in (damp)the potato into the egg mixture and turn sides
- 7
Remove from mixture into the pan of oil (continue process till finish) at a time and allow to deep fry until golden brown

Remove to drain excess oil.

You can fry the egg mixture once you done frying and it remains
- 10
Serve hot with any drink or beverage
