Kadai Chicken is a very popular Chicken Dry dish that is made with rich and spicy tomato gravy and sauteed along with cubes of capsicum and onions. Today I made restaurant style Kadai chicken at home.
Steps

Cut onion and capsicum in cubes.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a kadai and put washed chicken pieces.

Fry for 5-6 minutes and then renove from oil.

Heat again oil and put green chilli.
- 5
Add chopped onions and fry till pink in colour.
- 6
Add ginger garlic paste and sauté.

Grind tomato with cinnamon and clove.

Add this paste in masala.

Add turmeric, chilli, coriander and chicken masala powder.

Add 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.

Add capsicum and fried chicken pieces.

Mix well so that masala coats over chicken pieces very well and add salt.

Cook on high flame till oil starts separate.

Add water, cover and cook till chicken pieces tender.

Garnish with chopped Coriander leaves and green chillies.
