Ingredients

1 1/2deadwood bourbon
1 cupbrown sugar
1/4 cupsouthwest chipotle spice
2 TBSPcumin
Salt (2 big pinches worth)
black pepper (1 big pinch worth)
1/2a large white onion (microplan)
1club of garlic (microplan)
1/2apple cider vinegar
1 cupmaple syrup

Cut off extra fat from the ham and place it in slow cooker, flat side down

Add all the spices, brown sugar bourbon and syrup

Microplan vegetables over the ham
4

Cover and set for 5 hours on low
5

Check every once in a while to pour liquid over the top to keep the top from drying.
