  • 1/2 kgblack carrot
  • 1 tspmustard seeds
  • To tastesalt
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 10 glasswater

Steps

8 -12 hours
  1. 1

    Peel the skin of carrots & cut then in long pieces.

  2. 2

    Take a big glass jar & add carrots with all the ingredients & 10 glass of water.

  3. 3

    Keep it for 10 -12 hours.

  4. 4

    Serve.
