Take big bowl add hadva flour and buttermilk and water as required and make smooth better.

For ferment, time required 9to 10 hours, you can make overnight.

After that add grated dudhi, and spicy mentioned above, and mix well.

Take non-stick pan and add oil, Rai, til and make tadaka and add in better and make 1/2 Inch pudla, fry both sides,

Your hadva is ready to seave with green chutney or ladki chutney
