Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and soak tamarind at least 30 min

  2. 2

    Blend your tamarind and drive, also blend pineapple and seive

  3. 3

    Add little water to ur tamarind to reduce the sour taste then add d pineapple, Ginger, cloves and sugar

  4. 4

    Refrigerate and serve chilled
