Ingredients

40 minutes
5 to 6 servings
  1. 2 TbspCooking Oil
  2. 1 TbspGinger Garlic Paste
  3. 300 gmMinced Mutton
  4. Salt (As Needed)
  5. 1/2 TspCumin (Roasted & Crushed)
  6. 1/2 TspTurmeric powder
  7. 1/2 TspCoriander (Roasted & Crushed)
  8. 2 Tbsp(Red Chilli Powder
  9. 3-4Green Chilies (Chopped)
  10. 2Medium Sized Onions (Chopped)
  11. 2 TbspFresh Coriander
  12. Ingredients for Qeema Samosa:
  13. 2 TbspAll purpose Flour
  14. Water (As Needed)
  15. Samosa Patti’s (As Required)
  16. Filling Mixture (As Required)
  17. Cooking Oil (As needed for frying)

Steps

40 minutes

    .Add Cooking oil in a pan, let it some warm

  2. 2

    Then add ginger garlic paste, fry it lightly then add mutton minced, & cook for a while

  3. 3

    .Now add salt, roasted Cumin (crushed), turmeric powder, roasted coriander (crushed), red chilli powder, mix well & cook until fully done

  4. 4

    Add Green Chilies, onions, fresh coriander, & cook

  5. 5

    Filling mixture Qeema Samosa is ready

  6. 6

    Qeema Samosa:

    1.Add water in a small bowl then add Maida & prepare a mixture

  8. 8

    2.Take a roll patti & make small samosa in a triangle shape

  9. 9

    3.Apply Maida mixture (which we have prepared in 1st step) at the corners of samosa with the help of a soft brush

  10. 10

    4.Now fill this samosa with filling mixture which is already prepared

  11. 11

    5.Close from the corners (It will not open because we have applied Maida at the corners)

  12. 12

    6.Put these samosa’s into a transparent plastic bag for freezing purpose (You can freeze for 2-3 weeks)

  13. 13

    7.Add cooking oil in a pan & fry these samosa until they changed into golden

    Brown Serve with Ketchup/Raita
