Potato manchurian
Steps

Peel the potatoes and cut it in small cubes.

Boil them in a covered pan for at least 4 mins. Add salt to it. When the potatoes are softened, strain the hot water and allow it to cool by pouring some cold water.

Add whole wheat flour and cornflour in a bowl. Add ginger-garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder and half tbsp vinegar to it. Make a thick paste by adding water step by step. Add potatoes to the paste and keep it aside.

Now heat oil in a pan to deep fry potatoes. When oil is completely heated add potatoes to it. Fry till the potatoes become crispy enough.

Once all potatoes are fried, fry them again. This time fry them for a minute and allow the oil to drain.

For gravy take some oil in a pan and heat it. Add onion and garlic and let them turn transparent. Now add tomato sauce, green chilli and red chilli sauce, soya sauce, salt. If you want to thicken the gravy then you can add 1 tbsp corn flour to it.

Add the potatoes to the gravy. Stir well. Your potato Manchurian is ready to serve
