Ingredients

  • 12-15Green chilli chopped in big piece
  • 2raw mango chopped
  • 2onion chopped
  • 1 tbspcarom seeds (Ajwain)
  • 1 tbspcoriander powder
  • 1/2 tbspturmeric powder
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a kadhai add oil and add Ajwain and onion stir till frying onion

    After frying onion add turmeric powder, add raw mango, chilli, salt cover with lid and cook on low heat till raw mangoes become slightly tender.
