Ingredients

  • 1/2 bowlPoha
  • 1 bowlwheat flour dough
  • 1Onion finely chopped
  • 1tomato finely chopped
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 2green chilli finely chopped
  • 1/2 tbspgaram masala
  • as neededwater
  • as neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly wash the Poha and soak in water for 5 min. Then squeeze out the extra water and keep aside.

    In a mixing bowl add poha and all ingredients. Maxwell to form a stiff dough. Let it rest for 5 min

    Make a paratha. And cook the paratha.apply oil and cook till crispy.serve hot.
