Ingredients

  • Zobo leaf(hibiscus)
  • Sugar
  • Pineapple
  • Watermelon
  • Dried ginger
  • Cloves

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash your zobo leaf and put in a pot, add dried ginger and cloves. Pour water and boil. Then allow to cool

  2. 2

    Blend your pineapple and watermelon and pour into the pot containing Boiled zobo

  3. 3

    Sieve everything and add sugar to your taste. Refrigerate and enjoy your Zobo chilled
