  • Warm milk half cup
  • 4 tbspnSugar
  • 2 tbspnButter
  • Oil for frying
  • additional water if not enough

    Make a soft dough and knead for good 45 mins

    Cover and allow to rise,punch the air,roll out and cut out your desired shapes

    Allow to rise again,add oil to a pan,do not allow to heat, you can test by putting your finger and then fry on very low heat,my heat was a little much so it burnt a little,turn the other side once the other side is brown
