Indonesian Crispy Coriander Fried Chicken

Ingredients

  1. 4 pcschicken legs, cut each leg into 4 pieces
  2. 500 mlvegetables oil for deep frying
  3. Ground spices:
  4. 5 clovesgarlic
  5. 2 inchesturmeric, peeled, grilled on a pan for a while
  6. 2 tspcoriander
  7. 2 tspsalt or to taste
  8. 1/2 tspwhite pepper peppercorns
  9. 500 mlwater/coconut water

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil chicken with ground spices until the chicken cooked. Remove from the heat.

  2. 2

    Set aside. Let the chicken cool down then deep fry the chicken until golden brown.

  3. 3

    Serve over warm white rice and Indonesian tomato shrimp paste chilli sauce. Yum 😋
