Restaurant style hakka noodles
Steps

Boil the noodles and keep it aside.

Fry the sliced onions one by one adding little salt and pepper to it.

Take a bowl add eggs and beat with little salt. Fry it and cut it into small pieces with the spatula.

Take a wok add oil, add black pepper and chopped garlic. Saute for few seconds.

Add fried vegetables and eggs and mix it well.

Now add vinegar to the boiled noodles. Mix it well.

Add the noodles to the wok and mix it all together.
