First wash the chicken then add yoghurt one tablespoon of red chilli powder and one tablespoon of salt along with that add lemon juice marinate the chicken well with this mixture for at least one hour

Take a pan heat 2 tablespoon of refined oil then add the marinated chicken initially cook with chicken on low to medium flame then once the chicken release it's water put the flame high and fried Chicken until the marinated gravy sticks to the chicken pieces and it becomes crispy. Then keep the chicken pieces aside.

Take another pan heat 4 tbsp olive oil or refined oil at the onion paste saute for 2 minutes then add the the two tablespoon of ginger garlic paste saute for a minute then add the tomato puree after that add the masalas including garam masala coriander powder salt

Cook the gravy well until the oil gets separated or the oil ozzes out. Then add the cup of milk remember while adding the milk you should continuously stirthe gravy. Cook it for a minute then add the fried chicken pieces at this stage you can add a little water according to your requirement cook it for 10 minutes on a low flame

Then and crushed roasted kasuri methi and chat masala cook it for another 5 minutes then and fresh cream and coriander leaves by switching off the gas. And so your Chicken changezi is ready to serve with paratha, naan kulcha
