2shitake mushroom
1diced tomato
50 gChinese cabbage
5shelled prawns
100 gdiced chicken
Shiro dashi

Add all the vegetables and protein into a small pot.

Mix 6 tablespoons of Shiro dashi and 500ml of water in a measuring flask.

Add the diluted dashi stock to the pot.

Boil the mixture for 2 minutes. Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
