Steps

In a pan add milk, sugar and boil till the sugar dissolve.

Mix the custard powder with 2 tbsp of milk.

Now add custard mixture to the milk and boil for 15 min over low flame until the milk reduce and thick.

Allow to cool completely.

In a blender add custard mixture, mango puree, fresh cream and vanilla essence and blend till smooth and creamy.

Pour into air tight container and freeze till almost set.

Take out and beat with a blender or electric beater until smooth. Doing so will help to keep the ice cream soft and creamy.

Place back into the freezer and set.

Mango ice cream is ready and enjoy.
