This recipe is thanks to my boyfriend. We had some leftover meat sauce from pasta and needed to use it up. He came up with this combo. HUGE hit. I was quite impressed.

Steps

If the breasts are thick slice in half or butterfly

Place in a foiled baking dish sprayed with nonstick (mine is aluminum) times for glass may vary

Add seasoning to both sides of the chicken
- 4
Bake 9 minutes at 375
- 5
Remove from oven and drain juices. Flip chicken
- 6
Top with meat sauce and mozzarella. bake another 5-7 min
- 7
Sprinkle the additional seasoning just before serving
