Simple homemade white bread

In a bowl mix together all the dry ingredients (yeast,sugar,salt and flour) then rub in the cooking oil using your fingers to make a coarse like flour.

Add the lukewarm water bit by bit to make a dough and cover it for an hour (1st proofing) with cling film or warm kitchen towel
- 3
After an hour knead the dough again for 5 mins to make it smooth and roll it into a log like dough and place in a greased bread tin then cover with a cling film or warm kitchen towel for 30-40 min

Bake in a pre heated oven at 200 °c for 25 min or until the bread is golden brown
