Tarbooz kay chilkay say green part utaar kar ander ka white part nikal lain.

Iss kay chotay tukray kaat kar pani main 15 minutes boil kar lain. Aur chaan lain.

Ab 1.5 cup pani aur 1 cup sugar ko boil aanay dain. Vanila essense daal dain.

Sugar melt ho jaey to 2 pan main pani ko divide kar dain. Aur dono main alug alug food colour daal kar boiled chilkay daal dain.

15 minutes boil aanay dain. Ya jub tuk pani dry na ho jaey.

Dry ho jaey to chaan lain ta kay agar kuch drops rah bhi jaen to nikal jaey.

Ab plate main single layer main rukh dain. Dry ho jaen to sumbhaal lain.
