Hing masaledar kala chana

Collect all the ingredients.

Boil oversoaked kala chana for one whistle on high flame.Strain it.

Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan, add hing, cumin seeds, when splutter, add green chilli, onion, saute for a seconds, add boiled kala chana and all the above spices. Cover with the lid. Cook for 3 mins. on low flame. Turn off the flame.

Open the lid, mix well, add lemon juice, mix well. Kala chana is ready to serve in breakfast. Enjoy!!!
