In a bowl combine 1 cup atta, 1 tbsp oil, salt and hot water.

Mix well and need to a smooth dough.

Grease the mould with oil. Fill the dough till 3/4th of the mould. In a idlli vessel. Grease with oil. Start pressing the mould in the layer. Repeat the same procedure.

Cover the idlli vessel and steam for 10 to 15 minutes. Check-in between with fork. If it is done. Keep aside.

Semiya is ready to fry.

Next add turmeric powder, red chilli powder. Mix well. Add little water. Then add red chilli sauce, tomato sauce and mix well.

In a non-stick pan add oil, cumin seeds. Let it fry then, add chopped onions. Then again fry for few minutes. Add chopped tomato and salt. Fry till the tomato become tender.

Then add prepared semiya. Mixed it till it coated all the masala with semiya. Once it is done.

Transfer to a serving plate. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Ready to serve. It is a healthy breakfast.
