Yes! Muffins are good breakfast options aswell. And it is healthy when it is made with wheat flour and bananas.
Steps

Seive all the dry ingredients and keep it aside.

Add the mashed banana and vanilla essence to the buttermilk and mix well for about 3-4 minutes.

Now add the oil and again mix it for about 3minutes.

Add the seived dry ingredients and mix it by folding method.

Add the nuts/Choco chunks.

Grease and dust the muffin tins or place muffin liners in the tin.

Pour the mixture and fill till 3/4 as the muffins would rise aswell.

Put it in the pre heated oven and bake for 25 minutes ago 190°.

Do a knife test and if it comes clean, you're done.
