Cooking Instructions

Make a smooth batter with suji,wheatflour,onion,tomato,salt,black.pepper powder,coriander powder,cumin seeds,ajwain,baking soda and water and mix well.

Now grease the appe pan and pour the batter in each cavity and cover it with lid.

Let them cook on sim.

Turn their sides and again slightly brush them with oil.

Check them and switch off the gas.

Now heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and hing and saute them.

Now add chopped ginger and garlic and saute them.
- 8
Now add chopped onion and saute it.

Now add chopped tomato and saute it.

Now add turmeric powder,salt,black pepper powder,coriander powder and mix all well.

Now add boiled moong dal with it's water and give boil on sim till all mix well.

Garnish with green chilli and serve hot.
