Ingredients

half an hour
7-8 servings
  • 250 gboiled chick peas
  • 2medium boiled potatoes (cut in cubes)
  • 1 tbschart masal
  • Halftbs salt
  • Halftbs red chilli powder
  • 2green chillis (chopped)
  • 1medium tomato without seeds (cutt in small cubes)
  • 1medium onion (chopped like omlate cutting)
  • leavesFew coriander and mint
  • For imli pani
  • 1 cupImli pulp
  • (Soak the imli in lukewarm water and remove all seeds from it)
  • 2 glassWater
  • 1 tbschart masala
  • Halftbs black salt
  • 1 tbssaugar

Steps

    Firstly boil the chickpeas and potatoes

  2. 2

    Now add onion, tomatos, green chillis, mint and coriander leaves mix them

  3. 3

    Now add chart masala, chilli powder, salt, and mix them well and keep in refrigerator...

  4. 4

    Now blend the imli pulp and strain it in a jug..

  5. 5

    Add water chart masala, black salt, saugar in imli pulp and blend it again (imli pani is ready)

  6. 6

    At serving time pour the all imli pani in to chanachart or as much you like

  7. 7

    Chanachart is ready..

  8. 8

    There are 2 recipes in it you can serve it without imli water too....
